These majestic pennoni rigati are large, bold ridged tubes (wider and longer than classic penne) crafted using traditional methods unchanged for centuries. Made exclusively from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and the pure spring water of the Lattari Mountains, the dough is slowly extruded through bronze dies – creating that unmistakable rough, sauce-gripping texture that Neapolitan grandmothers swear by.
Thanks to Gragnano’s unique microclimate and the legendary “scirocco wind” drying process (slow air-drying at low temperatures for up to 60 hours), each piece develops an extraordinary al dente bite, exceptional flavor absorption, and a delicate wheat aroma that store-bought pasta simply can’t match.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
