Experience the authentic taste of Puglia with our certified organic Orecchiette di Stigliano, handcrafted in the ancient hilltop village of Stigliano, Basilicata – the spiritual home of this iconic “little ears” pasta shape.
Made exclusively from 100% organic Italian durum wheat semolina grown in the sun-drenched fields of southern Italy and pure mountain spring water, these orecchiette are slowly dried at low temperatures using traditional bronze dies. The result? A beautifully rough, porous texture that perfectly captures and holds onto your favorite sauces – especially the classic combination of broccoli rabe (cime di rapa) and anchovy, or rich sausage ragù.
Each piece is shaped by hand by local artisans following centuries-old techniques, giving every orecchietta slightly imperfect and utterly unique, just as Nonna intended.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
